Interview

We consider a candidate's background, but more importantly we want people who have a strong character to fit our family and we're prepared to train new employees on any technical skill needed in their role.  The more versatile our team members are, the better.  We also interview as a group of 3 to 5 people which for us is an efficient use of time as well as for our candidates.  This saves candidates from interviewing with four people back-to-back which uses up half of your day.

We'll be transparent and honest.  Nothing is off the table.  Come with questions.  This process is much about you interviewing and getting to know us as it is for us to learn about you.
Stage 3

2nd Interview

We may ask you to come back for a second interview to meet with the department manager or higher level management. 
Stage 4

Evaluation/Shadow

Once we have interviewed you, we may ask you to come back to assess your skills based on the position you applied for. It may be a shadow with the Training and Development Department Manager or it could be a welding evaluation for a Trades position.

Offer of Employment

Stage 6
